Virginia State Bar and Third Party Website Advertising LEO 1851

The Virginia State Bar circulated a draft of a new Legal Ethics Opinion regarding lawyers advertising on third party websites. This opinion could affect groups like Legal Fish, Legal Match and a host of others.

Problem is, the draft opinion is not based on reason.
