We recently discovered that LexisNexis was buying pay per click ads and using "Great Legal Marketing" in the headline of the ad.

Ben, you know that I think you are a marketing genius. Conversely, I think that Lexis is fairly clueless.

That's thy I think you give Lexis too much credit by suggesting that they're trying to ride on your coattails. While "great legal marketing" accurately describes what you do, it's also just that: a descriptive phrase (if they had used "Ben Glass's Great Legal Marketing," that would be entirely different).
