Niche Marketers Network -- Spammers

Just received another one of those emails from Niche Marketers Network This company has no permission to market to me through bulk email. I didn't ask them to send unsolicited emails. Yet they've done it again.

This time its an ad for cerebral palsy cases. There's a whole bunch of disclaimers at the site that pretty much indicate that they are gathering leads and distributing or making them available for attorneys.

Obviously, I have no problem with marketing. The problem I have is that they are attempting to get the leads by sending unsolicited bulk email. This apparently violates Can-Spam. Any lawyer who is getting leads from this group is, at least by association, doing so by violating federal law, in my opinion.
