Ben Glass: We've got folks in the room who on the one hand are probably struggling. 2008 was a tough year. No one has ever introduced these concepts to them and it's tough and it might not-on their journey to the begin about a really effective market, we've got folks in the room who maybe have been even to these conferences two or three times, and they have listened to what we have said and who have not actually implemented stuff. There are people who come to conferences, to listen, to gather, but Monday hits them and they go back and the world crushes and say, the partner sometimes or the spouse says, "You've got to be kidding?" I mean, this is nuts! Why would you ever advertise differently from everyone else in the Yellow Pages?
But what's interesting is there are people in our coaching groups particularly who I don't hear from for years and they're getting our stuff and they're paying their money and they're getting their stuff and I'm thinking, they're never implementing and then they send me a note or they show me what they've done and it's like, for some people, it takes a little while longer to get to the point where they actually implement. I mean, the secret of the ultimate success secret is, you've got to get off your butt and do something!Now, for those folks who are at the very beginning of the course, there are a lot of stuff you can do. It doesn't cost a ton of money, it doesn't take a lot of time and resources, we can get you started.
