Most lawyers are fearful that they will never get another client. There potential client lead flow is not good enough to let them be selective. When you have a great marketing system you can be much more selective with whom you choose to represent. You have to know who your perfect client is. Would you really like to work with? If you do not know, ask your staff. They will tell you. There is no excuse for you or your staff to be dealing with clients who do not treat you with respect and take your advice.
