One of the biggest mistakes a lawyer can make is not following-up on a response they get from an advertisement, direct mail, or any other form of consumer contact.  A follow-up is key to securing a lawyer's relationship with a potential client.  In order to run a successful follow-up campaign, certain resources and materials are required.  This includes books, CDs, and DVDs that can be offered to those who show interest and respond to your outreaches.
